A complete brand refresh and repositioning was the first step in changing the view of the Eden brand from an exclusive, top end of the market agency to a warm, local, friendly business with expertise across the board.

Within 12 months Eden retained its ‘top-end’ business while massively increasing middle and lower end business. Month-on-month valuations are up by 30% and actual instructions by 24%.

The campaign was a finalist in the Chartered Institute of Marketing’s annual awards.
