Winning the London Eye business was initially down to an outstanding strategy, which then developed into the inspiring creative work that kept them as one of the top visitor attractions in the city.

With targets so diverse, ranging from international and regional visitors, to Londoners themselves and of course the corporate market, it was always going to be a challenge. However, results showed that we not only met that challenge, but continually exceeded expectations.
